Our Store Policies

ORDER PROCESSING

Ready to ship handbags are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Made to order handbags are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.  After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.  Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information.

WAITLIST 

Lady Belvedere handbags are predominantly one of a kind using many limited supply materials to create the wearable art.  Therefore, if you are interested in a handbag that is currently sold, join the waitlist! There is NO payment required to join the waitlist, you are simply communicating your interest in the handbag style.  Lady Belvedere will recreate, if possible, the waitlisted handbag style and notify customers in the priority in which interest was expressed that the handbag is now available online via email. You will have 2 days to respond to the customer support team that you would indeed like to purchase the handbag, the handbag will then be activated online for purchase at your convenience.  Customer support will contact you via email with day/time of the item activation.  Upon receipt of email, please endeavor to purchase as soon as released to avoid missed opportunity.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept most major credit cards and cash payment (i.e. Zelle, CashApp)

SHIPPING

All handbags are shipped Priority via United States Postal Service, including tracking, signature requirement, and insurance.  We currently do not ship out of the continental United States.  USPS Priority delivery time is 1-3 business days. Lady Belvedere is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package (weather, Covid-19, operations, etc.) Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support if your delivery is/was delayed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lady Belvedere is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Please ensure your address is correct.  Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility.  In this case, the customer should reach out to USPS directly.  Lady Belvedere shall in no way be required to issue a refund.

​

Upon inquiry, Lady Belvedere will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

MISSED DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

USPS will return the package to our location.  Once your package is returned a customer service representative will contact you via email.  Once confirmed that your package has arrived, you may choose to receive a full refund or reshipment.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are delighted that you will be joining the Lady Belvedere Family! We want you to be over the moon happy, so please shop seriously as all sales are final.  We are unable to process any refunds, returns or exchanges.  Product photographs are posted with minimal retouching to allow full transparency.

 

All handbags are packed with extra care and attention to ensure they arrive in the best condition.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, or your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Please complete the following to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 5 -10 business days.

  1. Keep the handbag in its original shipping packaging.

  2. Photograph the damage and send the photograph and description of damage via email to our customer support team within 3 days of receipt (requirement). Our customer support team will provide you with further return details upon receipt of your email.

  3. Return the handbag in its original packaging with 2 days of receipt of customer support team return authorization email.

  4. Email tracking number to our customer support team (requirement).
